Elizabeth Berger, M.D. is a board certified child and
adolescent psychiatrist with thirty years' experience
treating children and families in community settings, hospitals,
and private practice. She is a member of the American
Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and has been on the
faculty of the Columbia University College of Physicians and
Surgeons, Northwestern University Medical School, University of
Cincinnati College of Medicine and MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine.
Dr. Berger is a member of the
nationally-known "Commission on Children at Risk," and has
presented their scientific findings in Washington D.C.
She frequently
appears on panels and public forums, as well as on national
television and radio, addressing parents' concerns about their
children. She is widely quoted in magazines such as
Parents, Child, and Newsweek. Dr. Berger and
her husband divide their time between Indianapolis and New York
City; they have two adult children
